Everything you need to know about sea moss

Sea moss is a type of red algae (also called Irish moss) that grows along rocky coastlines. It's been used in Caribbean and Irish kitchens for generations. We blend it into a smooth gel that you can add to smoothies, teas, or recipes.

Add 1-2 tablespoons to your smoothie, tea, coffee, or soup — it blends right in. You can also use it as a face mask. Keep it refrigerated and use within 3-4 weeks of opening.

Wildcrafted means our sea moss grows naturally in the ocean, not in a pool or farm. It's hand-harvested from clean waters, which is how it's been done traditionally. We never use pool-grown sea moss.

Every jar is handcrafted by Jenneisha in small batches. We use only wildcrafted sea moss and real ingredients for our flavor infusions — elderberry, lemonade, and more. No artificial flavors or preservatives.

Refrigerated, it lasts 3-4 weeks in an airtight container. You can also freeze it in ice cube trays for up to 6 months.
